Set in rural Shropshire, the HAPPiLiFE Zen Den and Sensory Garden is a haven of peace and tranquillity, as well as laughter and fun!
The birdsong, the breeze brushing the windchimes, the rustle of the leaves, the sight and scent of the flowers and herbs...
This sensory garden changes with the changing of the seasons, just as we can change and transform, with the right guidance and support.
So, take time out for yourself, whether it's for HAPPiLiFE Coaching, Reiki, EFT, Guided Meditations, Songwriting, Vocal Lessons or Mindful Meanders in the glorious countryside on the doorstep - it's your choice (with mugs of herbal tea, or cappuccino and bickies!)
